Sharing is simple. Each month, a member pays a Monthly Share Amount. Impact matches those funds with another member’s eligible medical expenses and sends the payment directly to the provider.
Your Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA): Think of your PRA as your annual member responsibility—it’s the amount your household is responsible for each year before the community begins sharing. You select a PRA level that fits your budget.
Community Sharing Begins: Once your family meets the annual Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA), other members begin to share in your medical expenses.
Submitting Bills: If you have to visit a provider, simply have them send the bill to Impact. Impact Health Sharing will then guide members on the next steps to determine eligibility and facilitate the sharing process.
