Phone Payment

Call 612-676-6600 (toll-free 1-877-903-0070) and select option 2. You will need to use one of the two option below to verify your identity before you can make a payment.

1. MNsure Exchange ID and DOB
2. Residential Zip Code, DOB and last four numbers of SSN

Online Payment

Select the blue “Log in” button in the upper right corner on ucare.org and then select the “Pay now here” link on the right hand side of the page under the “Welcome to your all-new UCare member account” section. You will need to use one of the two options below to verify your identity on the online payment portal.

1. MNsure Exchange ID, Last Name, DOB and Zip Code
2. Last four numbers of SSN, Last Name, DOB and Residential Zip Code
